How much is delivery?

We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £50.

We don’t currently deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm or Sark.

Whilst we will dispatch your order the same working day when ordered before 2pm, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered next day due to courier delays.

Please note that our working days are Monday - Friday, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays, if you order after 2pm on Friday then your order will be dispatched on Monday.

Which charge will I pay for a delivery to Scotland?

Our delivery partner charges a surcharge for deliveries to North of Scotland, Highlands and Islands. We’ve listed affected postcodes below:

Which products can’t be delivered to Northern Ireland?

We’re unable to send any aerosol products to Northern Ireland, due to airfreight restrictions.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We don’t currently deliver outside of the UK. All orders must be delivered to a UK address.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order the same day it was placed when your order is before 2pm. We will dispatch any orders after this time the next day.

Once your orders has been dispatched by us, our delivery partner will deliver it the next working day (subject to extended lead times in North of Scotland, Highlands and Islands). Alternatively Royal Mail parcels take 2-5 working days to be delivered.

We’ll notify you should there be a delay in dispatching your order. We’re unable to dispatch orders on bank holidays or weekends.

Which delivery partner / courier do you use?

Our delivery partner is APC Overnight and Royal Mail.

Do I need to be in for my delivery?

All deliveries require a signature. They cannot be left safe without prior arrangement.

If you agree for your parcel to be left safe, neither Value Superstore or APC Overnight can accept any liability for any subsequent loss of your goods.

Please note: until further notice, a photo will be taken as proof of delivery, rather than a signature. This is to protect you and the delivery driver.

What if I miss my delivery?

Our delivery partner will provide you with a 2 hour delivery window.

If you miss your delivery, a calling card will be left. You must contact your local APC depot to rearrange this delivery. If your delivery fails on 2 occasions, or you don’t respond to the calling card, you will be required to collect your parcel from the APC depot or pay an additional re-delivery fee.

Should this not be done your parcel will be sent back to us. You will be charged a second delivery charge or we may issue a refund less the original delivery charge.

Who packs my order?

The Value Superstore warehouse team will pick, pack and dispatch your order.

What if an item is damaged or missing?

Call our team within 24 hours of your delivery. Should we find an item is missing or damaged, we’ll do our best to rectify this.

Our team will need your order number and they’ll require photos of any damaged items.
